Privacy
Clear information about the information you share.
This notice explains how BoilerWork handles information sent through the project intake form and BoilerWork website guide. It does not cover unrelated websites or services.
Information the form collects
The form asks for organization details, a description of the business need and desired outcome, timeline preferences, and contact information. It may also process basic technical anti-abuse signals, such as form timing and request volume. Those signals are used to flag unusual submissions; raw IP addresses are not added to the intake spreadsheet.
How the information is used
BoilerWork uses submitted information to review the proposed project, evaluate whether it may be a fit, respond to the person who submitted it, and manage the intake process. The intake form does not use AI to classify or summarize submissions.
Where submissions are stored
The website sends validated form responses to a Google Sheet used for BoilerWork project intake. BoilerWork maintains operational access and retention details internally while the owner finalizes a formal written policy. You may contact BoilerWork for the current details or to request deletion of a submission.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not use the intake form for confidential business records, passwords, financial account information, regulated data, or sensitive personal information. Start with enough context for BoilerWork to understand the request; the team can discuss an appropriate way to exchange additional material later.
BoilerWork website guide
The website guide can answer with approved BoilerWork content without using AI. If BoilerWork later enables the optional xAI enhancement, only the question and a small set of approved public website facts are sent to xAI. Project-intake responses are never sent to the guide. BoilerWork does not log complete guide questions or keep a conversation history. To reduce repeat provider calls, a validated public-content answer may remain in server memory for up to 10 minutes under a one-way hash; the question text is not stored in that cache.
xAI may retain API request and response content for up to 30 days for security and abuse monitoring under its standard API terms unless BoilerWork has separately enabled an approved zero-data-retention arrangement. Do not put personal, confidential, or sensitive information in a guide question.
Questions or deletion requests
Email boilerworkus@gmail.com with a question or deletion request. Include the submission reference shown after a successful form submission when available.
